The new Husqvarna 525 range of pole saws come in different lengths, ranging between a maximum reach of approximately 4 m and 5 m. This makes the new range of pole saws well suited for professionals who need to prune trees of different heights, from shorter trees in orchards, to taller trees in urban areas and parks.

Designed with improved balance and low weight means better control and handling on the 525 series, which is especially important in longer products such as this. Chain lubrication is automatic and adjustable, so it is easy to set the chain lubrication level according to specific needs and cutting conditions.
Smart features for easy operation
An auto-return stop switch on the 525 series makes starting the machine again uncomplicated, since the stop switch automatically resets to the ON position.
For simplicity, the choke and purge functions have been engineered to be easily within reach, as well as easy to understand and use. This means the choke lever has two obvious positions, reducing the risk of flooding the machine since users can tell if the choke has been activated with a glance.
Soft handles on all three products in the 525 series also means more comfort and an improved grip for users, making long shifts feel less tiring. The X-Torq® engine also means up to 20% better fuel economy and a reduction in harmful emissions compared to products without this feature — so users have a better working environment while using the product.
525P4S
The 525P4S pole saw has a maximum reach of up to 4 m (13 ft), and weighs in at just 5.3 kg (11.7 lbs), and is best suited for green space professionals who need to prune shorter trees. A rear impact guard protects the 525P4S engine from wear and damage, improving the product’s lifespan. Vibration is dampened with an inertia balancing wheel, making product use more comfortable.
525P5S
The 525P5S pole saw has a maximum reach of up to 5 m (16 ft), and weighs in at only 6.4 kg (14.1 lbs), making it a great tool for professionals that specialize in pruning trees in different urban areas, and who need a pole saw that is light but has a long reach. Transport is simplified with the 525P5S as it comes with a detachable shaft. With the shaft in two separate pieces, the length of the 525P5S can be reduced to about 2 m, so it becomes more mobile and easier to fit in a vehicle.
525PT5S
The 525PT5S pole saw has a maximum reach of almost 5.5 m (18 ft), and weighs in at a light 7 kg (15.4 lbs), giving it one of the best reach-to-weight ratios on the market at present. This makes the 525PT5S pole saw especially well-suited to commercial tree pruning, with flexible reach and the possibility to adjust cutting height to suit users’ needs.
