Q&A

When and how is Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor data uploaded to Husqvarna Fleet Services™?

A machine equipped with a Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor can establish a connection with the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ mobile or gateway app when in close proximity. This connection enables the machine sensor to transmit data to the Husqvarna Fleet backend system. The data is then processed and updated in the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ system.

Petrol-powered products

For machines that run on petrol, there is a delay of up to 30 seconds after the machine is turned off before it appears in the app. During this interval, all data collected while the machine was in operation is uploaded to the system.

Battery-powered products

For machines powered by batteries, there can be a delay of up to 15 minutes after the machine is switched off before it becomes visible in the app. However, data is uploaded every 15 minutes while the machine is in use.

Location tracking

The sensor itself is not able to track location. It relies on the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ mobile or gateway app for this information.
