The communication from the Automower® robotic lawn mower to the Automower® Connect app is encrypted with a high security. It is not possible for anyone to understand what is transmitted over the air without the correct keys.
Only users that have added the mower to their Automower® Connect account can access the data. For security reasons, you must enter the Automower® pin code and be physically close to the product to connect to the product using Automower® Connect.
