Forgotten PIN code – Automower® robotic lawn mower

Recover your Automower® PIN code

If you have forgotten or lost the PIN code for your Automower® robotic lawn mower, you can recover it either using the Automower® Connect app or by contacting a dealer. What you need to do depends on the status of your mower and which Automower® model you have.
