The Automower® Scheduler Tool makes it easy to set up your mowing schedule based on your lawn size and the lawn mower’s daily mowing capacity. It provides a recommended schedule considering the total lawn size, lawn mower model and the necessary time for mowing and charging. The recommended schedule includes the frequency (days per week) and hours per day.
Compatible Automower® models
Requirements for using the Scheduler Tool
- Automower® Connect app: The tool is accessible via the Automower® Connect app.
- Connection to the Husqvarna Cloud: The tool requires the lawn mower to be connected to the Husqvarna Cloud via Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Boundary wire installation: Only available for boundary wire installations, not for EPOS™ installations.
- Single work area: The tool is limited to installations with one single work area.
How to set up your mowing schedule
- Open the Automower® Connect app.
- Select your mower.
- Scroll down and click Get started to select the Scheduler Tool.
- Select Begin.
- Enter the size of your lawn. If the AIM map (My Lawn) has already been created, the lawn size will be prefilled. You can change the size manually if needed.
- Click Next to create your proposed schedule.
- Select Use this schedule to confirm the schedule.
By following the suggested schedule, your mower will automatically distribute the recommended mowing time across the proposed days, ensuring optimal lawn maintenance.
Additional information
- Manual adjustments: Once the new schedule is created, you can manually adjust the active mowing times.
- Multiple work areas: If you create a schedule with the tool and later add an additional work area, the Scheduler Tool will no longer be visible in the app. However, the previously created schedule for your work area will remain active.
- Weather conditions: The Scheduler Tool does not adapt its recommendations based on weather forecasts or local seasonal conditions. For advice on mowing in various weather conditions and seasons, check the “Mowing Tips” section in the Scheduler Tool.
- Work area complexity: The tool doesn’t adjust recommendations based on lawn obstacles like ponds or trees.
