Automower® robotic lawn mower stops with battery left but no error message

If your Automower® robotic lawn mower suddenly stops in the middle of the lawn with battery capacity left but no error message, it is normally because of a Pause or Stop command.

Here are some reasons why this may happen:

Cause Effect Status How to restart Comment
STOP button pressed Mower stopped Stopped – manual action required To get your mower going again, you need to do an on-site manual restart of the mower. For safety reasons, the mower cannot be restarted using Automower® Connect or smart home service if the Stop button has been pressed.
Pause command sent from Automower® Connect Mower paused Paused After a Pause command, the mower can be restarted manually or using the app or a smart home service. If there are several users connected to your mower, someone other than you may have paused it.
Pause command sent from IFTTT applet Mower paused Paused After a Pause command, the mower can be restarted manually or using the app or a smart home service. Log in to IFTTT to check your applets and change the settings as desired or disable unwanted applets.
 
Note, that if there are several users connected to your mower, someone other than you may have activated an IFTTT applet controlling your mower.
Pause command sent from a smart home service* Mower paused Paused After a Pause command, the mower can be restarted manually or using the app or a smart home service. If there are several users connected to your mower, someone other than you may have paused it.e
Stop button pressed or Pause command sent Mower disconnected Stopped/Paused – Disconnected To get your mower going again, you need to do an on-site manual restart of the mower. If you do not restart the mower within a certain period of time after a Stop or Pause command, the status of your mower will change to Paused/Stopped â€“ Disconnected to save battery.

If none of the above applies and the problem occurs repeatedly, contact your local dealer for further investigation.
