If you activate a firmware update, but the product is, for example, moved too far from the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or Gateway during the update process, the firmware update will be interrupted*. The status of the product will be changed to Downloading done, Waiting to update or Update paused, depending on when the process was interrupted.
If the firmware update has been interrupted, it can easily be restarted:
When the update is complete, a notification is displayed in the app confirming that the update was successful and the battery charge indicators and the Bluetooth indicator will be lit solid (not flashing).
How to know if there is new FOTA firmware available for products added to Husqvarna Fleet Services™
*Automower® robotic lawn mowers that support FOTA technology do not have to be within Bluetooth range from a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or gateway to complete a firmware update.
