What do the statuses for machines and inventory in Husqvarna Fleet Services™ mean?

In Husqvarna Fleet Services™ you can see the status of all your machines. Here is an explanation of what is required for an asset to receive a certain status and how the status is represented in the system.

On the Shelf: Is shown if the location has been updated by a gateway app in the stationary mode. Used in the web service and the app. Status color: blue.

Out working: Is shown if the location has been updated by a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ Gateway app in the mobile mode. Used in the web service and the app. Status color: bright green.

Unknown location: Is shown if the asset has not had its location updated in 12 hours. Used in the web service and the app. Status color: dark grey.

Never seen: Is shown if the asset has been added to Husqvarna Fleet Services™, is equipped with a sensor but has never connected to our services. Status color: light grey.

Not connected: Is shown if the asset does not have any sensor. No data will be uploaded to Husqvarna Fleet Services™. Status color: jade.
