WLC 2018 Starts August 2nd!

The 33rd World Logging Championships will begin in Lillehammer, Norway on August 2, with more than 100 loggers participating this year for the World Logging Championship title. New for this round of the WLC is a seperate women's class, in which one woman from each country can compete. Women still have the possibility to compete in the regular elite and junior class.

Husqvarna will once again be participating with our competitors using the 576 XP, 572 XP and 372 XP championship chainsaws to compete in their challenges!

As always, the WLC will be divided into different individual disciplines plus the exciting team relay race, which are inspired by the same procedures as the professionals exercise in their everyday work. These include tree felling, fitting another chain, bucking by combined cuts, precision bucking and limbing.

Join us for three days of competition to crown this year’s Logging Champions of the World.

Husqvarna will be providing updates straight from Lilleheammer, so be sure to ‘like’ our Facebook page and become a fan to get all your updates.
