X-CUT chains — sharp, efficient, longer-lasting

The specially developed X-CUT saw chain has been tested and fine-tuned, following classic Husqvarna procedures, refining its design and ensuring its quality. It's ready for hard, uninterrupted work, ready to give you maximum efficiency and output – ready when you are.

Our X-CUT SP33G (.325”, 1.3mm) has been tested and proven to give you 10% more efficiency. All of our X-CUT chains are tested and developed alongside our chainsaws to ensure that they optimise your output. For 2018, we will be launching our X-CUT C85 (3/8”, 1.5mm), our first full professional chain. As well as offering improved sharpness out of the box, cutting efficiency and low tensioning qualities, the C85 features a golden tiestrap allowing you to find the start/end of the loop faster when filing and lubrication channels for less wear and reduced friction. A Low Vib tiestrap gives improved ergonomics.

How to check chainsaw lubrication

Good chainsaw lubrication helps the saw to cut smoothly, while also helping to maintain the chain’s sharpness. It’s easy to test Husqvarna’s automatic lubrication system by revving the chainsaw over a light surface, for example a newly cut tree stump.
