In some cases, it can be useful to do a reset of your Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor: for example, if you find that it is not collecting data, but has a working battery. Here’s how:

To reset a Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor:

  1. Verify that you have selected the correct asset (model etc.) in Husqvarna Fleet Services™.
  2. Remove the cap of the machine sensor housing.
  3. Remove the sensor from the housing of the asset.
  4. Remove the battery from the machine sensor.
  5. Wait for 60 seconds (for the capacitor to fully discharge).
  6. Reinstall the battery.
  7. Make sure that there is an active gateway nearby for time synchronisation of the sensor.
  8. Reinstall the machine sensor in the housing.
  9. Reattach the cap of the housing.
  10. Run the machine for a minimum of 30 seconds to register and configure the machine sensor.
