How to enable location services and Bluetooth access on your phone

To connect to your product using Bluetooth, your Husqvarna app, such as Automower® Connect or Husqvarna Connect, needs to access Bluetooth (iPhone and Android) and location services (Android only).

Check the following before trying to connect using Bluetooth:

For iPhone

  1. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone: Turn on Bluetooth.
  2. Check that you have enabled Bluetooth access for the app:
    1. Tap on Settings.
    2. Select the app.
    3. Turn on Bluetooth.

For Android

  1. Check that location access is enabled for your phone: Turn on location access for your phone.
  2. Check that location access is enabled for the app: Turn on location access for the app.
  3. Check that Bluetooth is enabled in your phone settings: Turn on Bluetooth
